Returns & Exchange Policy
Simply ship the item(s) back to our store (address below) with a brief note requesting an exchange or refund. Please note the following guidelines:
1. Return items unused and in the original packaging. Refunds can only be issued for items in resalable condition.
2. Return items within 60 days of purchase.
3. Pack fragile returns carefully as refunds can only be issued for items arriving undamaged. We recommend returning your item with tracking, insurance and using the USPS for all returns.
4. For returns, a full refund, minus shipping charges, will be issued.
5. For exchanges, you are responsible for shipping the original item(s) back to us. We will offer a discounted shipping rate of $5 to send you your replacement items (US orders only).
6. Any refunds for returns will be issued 2-3 days after we receive the item(s). We'll email or call you to confirm we've completed the return process.
Damaged or Defective Items
Your order is guaranteed to arrive in perfect condition. Please contact us immediately if your purchase arrives damaged or if any item is defective. We will offer either a replacement or refund. Follow the instructions below to file a claim.
1. Take pictures of the damaged items, shipping box and materials. Be sure to show any damage to the shipping box if applicable.
2. Save all packaging material and damaged items until we let you know they’re okay to toss.
3. Contact us with all of the above and your order number.
