I'm 68. In the 60s, when I was in single digits, my aunt would bring a box of Lund's when visiting. I couldn't believe the taste...or the texture. I've tried to emulate the taste by making the batter myself but I can only get about 80% there with the 3-2-1Swedish Pancake recipe (ratio of eggs to milk to flower). So I've been enjoying Lund's for 60 years.

I have loved these pancakes since I was a kid, and I am 65 years old. The waffle recipe is even better. I like to eat them with lingonberry jam.
