Exchange Policy

Easily initiate size exchanges for Clothing and Lahtiset Slippers using our Exchange Portal.

You have a generous 90-day window from the date of purchase to initiate your exchange.

Please note that exchanges are only available to customers within the United States.

Lahtiset Slippers purchased online can be exchanged for another size for FREE by using our online return portal.

You are entitled to one free exchange per item per order. If you need to exchange an item that has already been exchanged, standard return costs will apply for the second exchange or refund.

Clothing items purchased online can be exchanged for another size for $4.95 per order by using our online return portal.

You are entitled to one exchange per item per order. If you need to exchange an item that has already been exchanged, standard return costs will apply for the second exchange or refund.

We only offer exchanges for the following items:

  • Clothing
  • Lahtiset Slippers

We do not provide exchange services for all other items. You can, however, initiate returns through our standard process and place a new order for any replacement items.

To initiate the return process, please make use of our online returns portal.

Damaged / Defective Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact our customer service within 5 days of delivery. Follow the instructions included in the package with your order. To process your claim, we will require photos of the damaged item, the outer box, and the packaging materials. Please send the necessary information to orders@touchoffinland.com, and our dedicated team will promptly assist you.
