The heat-treated Finnish birch handle adds subtle warmth, balance, and a secure natural grip that keeps your movements precise, not forced. Hand wash and stone-sharpen at 26° ±3°, and it holds its character just like classic Finnish design should—honest, intentional, and quietly refined.
