Effortlessly initiate your return process through our convenient Returns Portal. Customers located in the contiguous United States (US 48) have the option to purchase prepaid return shipping labels. However, all customers are welcome to arrange their own return shipment if they prefer.
Please note that you have a generous 90-day window from the date of purchase to initiate your return.
Touch of Finland provides return shipping labels for customers in the contiguous United States (US 48). We highly recommend using our prepaid return shipping labels as the preferred method to return your purchase. By utilizing these labels, you can easily track your return and receive your refund in a timely manner, surpassing the processing.
To obtain a prepaid return shipping label, you can purchase one for $9.95 per order through our Return Portal.
Please note that while most items are eligible for return using the prepaid labels, the following items cannot be returned using this method: Sauna Buckets and Steamers/Juicers. However, you still have the option to return these ineligible items by making your own shipping arrangements.
We offer size exchanges for Shirts, Sweatshirts, PaaPii Clothing and Lahtiset Slippers. You can find details about size exchanges here.
Otherwise, we do not offer exchanges but we welcome you to return the item(s) by mail in accordance with our Return Policy by using our online returns portal and repurchasing any available item(s) on our site.
To ensure eligibility for a return, it is essential that all items are returned in a new and unused condition, complete with their original tags and packaging. Please note that any items damaged during the return transit are not our responsibility. We kindly request that you securely package any breakable items to prevent any damage.
Inside the return package, kindly include a note containing your order number and name for efficient processing. Once we receive and accept your return, we will promptly issue a refund within 1-5 business days.
Damaged / Defective Items
If you have received a damaged/defective item or an item that is not the one you ordered, please contact customer service within 5 days of delivery by submitting photos of proof to firstname.lastname@example.org. We will offer a refund or replacement item.
