Aino-Maija Metsola drew the Kurre (Squirrel) pattern from memory, after the squirrels that were a familiar sight in her childhood yard, and it belongs to her ongoing series of tales from the forest. Here that squirrel leaves the printed page and becomes a shape you can press into dough. The Marimekko Kurre Cookie Cutter measures 6 by 4 inches, is made from durable stainless steel, and is dishwasher safe for easy cleanup after an afternoon of baking. It arrives in a Marimekko gift box, ready to hand to a devoted baker or a lover of Finnish design.
