We want to assure you that we do our best to package our products securely, however, gingersnaps packaged in tins are more prone to breaking due to how they are packaged inside the tin by the manufacturer. Unfortunately, there isn't much we can do about that. If you're worried about cookies breaking, we suggest trying the Nyakers Gingersnaps in regular box packaging. They are packed with adequate protection and do not move around inside the box like the cookie tin.
