Post the Sauna Notice Sign outside of your sauna for guests and family to understand the "traditional" practices of a sauna experience! The light hardheartedness of the sign is sure to get a laugh out of the most serious Finn! The sign reads:
NOTICE!
PLEASE READ BEFORE ENTERING THE SAUNA:
NO CLOTHES ALLOWED BEYOND THIS POINT!
No hats, no shoes, no lace!
Just be your perfectly natural self
And wear a SMILE on you face!
Shed those hot and scratchy woolies,
Hang your hat up on the wall,
Kick off your shoes and stockings,
IT'S TIME TO BARE IT ALL!
If you itchin' to be switchin',
Then move it! Shake a leg!
But stop before you enter,
...and hang your worries on a peg!
This sauna won't improve your SIGHT,
Or make you HEAR much more,
But one thing that's for certain,
You'll SMELL better than before!
This is my second sign that I bought from the store last year but replaced it now because it kept coming off the board. I hope it doesn’t happen again. Putting it back on wrinkled the paper.
Hi Eva, thanks for making another purchase! Make sure to place the sign outside your sauna room away from moisture as it's intended for use outside the sauna room.
Brother in law loved it. They're putting a sauna in next year. This will be a great piece of Finnish drcor.
