There is nowhere to hide on a bracelet like this. Round maple beads, just over 1/2" across, sit shoulder to shoulder on a hidden elastic band with one polished steel bead among them — no setting, no chain, no distraction from the spheres themselves. Each bead is turned truly round, with no flat spot and no visible glue where the band passes through. Black takes the grain deep and leaves the surface matte, so the beads read as wood rather than lacquer. The band stretches between 6.3 and 7.5 inches and slips on over the hand. It looks heavier than it is: maple weighs almost nothing, and this is a piece you can keep on from morning through the evening.
