Functionally this knife is well built from quality materials.
My only disappointment was that in the photos the handle is shown to be curly birch with very good figuring. The knife I received looked more like plain birch with almost no figuring. This explains my low rating.
I have Finnish ancestry which I wanted to share with my brother and sister come Christmas. My son gave me a Marttiini puukko a couple of Christmases ago. So I ordered two more for brother and sister so all three of us can have that heritage. i'm most satisfied that both knives arrived promptly.
