Let a child find the fox, the hare and the bear while the toast goes cold, or bring someone breakfast in bed. The Metsä Forest Finnish Birch Wood Tray is printed edge to edge with a stand of white birch trunks over spring-green grass, a deer walking through the middle and a bluebird passing overhead; down in the right corner a small red-capped tonttu holds a Finnish flag. Red toadstools and lily of the valley — Finland's national flower — come up through the grass. Metsä is Finnish for forest, and roughly three quarters of the country is exactly that. Our own design, made in Finland from birch, 10.5" by 7.75", matte finish.
