The Kalevala x Marimekko Unikko Small Bronze Necklace marks the first time it has truly bloomed in three dimensions. Lifted from the surface of Marimekko's most iconic print and reborn in the hands of Kalevala's Helsinki goldsmiths, the Unikko form becomes something new: sculptural, softly warm, catching light across gently curved petals of partially recycled bronze.

This limited-edition collaboration brings together two of Finland's most beloved design institutions — Marimekko's bold print heritage and Kalevala's nearly ninety years of jewelry craftsmanship — to mark the Unikko pattern's 60th anniversary. • Care: Bronze is an alloy of copper, tin and zinc which
  tarnishes faster than precious metals. The new bronze jewelry has a jewelry protector varnish surface that prevents the jewelry from darkening. With the Kalevala cleaning cloth, you can polishes areas that have dimmed if the protective varnish has worn off. After cleaning, it's a good idea to wash the jewelry in mild soapy water, so as not to damage the cloth the cleaning agent inside stains clothes.
