Product Details

Aino-Maija Metsola's Kurre (Squirrel) print brings the Nordic forest indoors, following a brood of playful squirrels as they gather and hide nuts before the winter chill sets in. Rendered in warm brown, deep navy and teal against a soft light blue backdrop, the design covers the full surface of this small square tray. The Marimekko Kurre Birch Tray measures 8 by 8 inches and is made from certified birch plywood, light enough to carry coffee and a pastry from the kitchen to the sofa yet sturdy enough for daily use. Wipe it clean with a damp cloth and avoid soaking. It is equally at home on a nightstand, a coffee table or a breakfast tray.
