The Norden Small Chef Knife earns its place by doing the small jobs exceptionally well. At 8.5” overall, the 5.25” HRC-56 stainless blade is quick to control—ideal for trimming, veg prep, garlic, herbs, and detail cuts. The heat-treated Finnish birch handle brings natural balance and a secure, ergonomic grip that feels better the more you cook. Stone-sharpen at 26° ±3°, hand wash, and you'll have a beautiful knife that stays with you for years.
