Order Issues

If you receive an incorrect order, we are so sorry for the mix up! Please immediately contact our support team and we'll get working on fixing our mistake!

We do our best to get your order to you in perfect condition, but breakages can occasionally happen in transit. Please contact us immediately and/or follow the instructions included in the shipping box.

Sometimes USPS/UPS tracking information can be incorrect, and packages are marked as delivered before they actually arrive – oops! Your package will most likely be delivered within a few days, but it’s great to check with your neighbors and/or post office for more information in the meantime!

If you do not receive your order in the next 24 hours, please email our customer support team, within 3 days of the last tracking update, with your order number so that we may assist you further! :)


Yes. We ship worldwide!

We provide Free Shipping on orders $80+ shipped to addresses in the US 48 states. Otherwise, we charge a flat rate of $6.95.

We process orders within 1-2 business days.

For customers in the U.S, transit time can add one to five days depending on your distance from Michigan.

Customers outside the U.S. should expect their package to arrive in 10-14 days. *Note: Covid-19 has increased international shipping delays. Actual transit time may be 14-28 days depending on country.

After submitting an order, a confirmation email will be sent to you with the corresponding shipment tracking information.


If a product does not meet your expectations, simply return it to us within 60 days for a full refund minus any shipping charges you may have paid. Holiday purchases have a longer 90 day return window. Please see our Return Policy for all qualifying details.

Gift Orders

Yes, simply enter the recipients details for the Shipping Address at checkout.

Yes, there is an option to "Add a Note" at the bottom of the cart pop out. Your text will automatically save in the box.

We will automatically remove pricing details for any order that includes a gift message.
