A friend and his family have been vacationing on the UP for 67 years and brought me back a jar of Thimbleberry jam after I asked him if the UP was known for any particular good tasting concoctions. I put some on my favorite substrate, Bryer’s Real Vanilla ice cream and it’s was heavenly. I’ll thank my friend all winter long as I was myself with my larder of Thimbleberry jam.

These chocolate mint hard candies melt in your mouth. They are delicious without being too sweet.
