In-Store Pickup — Marquette, MI

International Shipping

International shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on destination, size, and weight. Estimated delivery times are also shown at checkout.

International orders may be subject to import duties and taxes upon arrival in the destination country. Touch of Finland is not responsible for these charges.

Refused packages: If a recipient declines to pay duties or taxes and the carrier returns the package, we will refund the order amount minus all shipping and customs charges incurred — including the original outbound shipping cost.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order ships, you'll receive an email with a tracking number. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to appear in the carrier's system.

Lost Packages

All shipments are insured. If your package appears to be lost, contact us and we'll work with the carrier to locate it.

If a shipment cannot be located within 20 days (domestic) or 40 days (international) from the ship date, we will issue a full replacement or refund — your choice.
