Freshness Guaranteed Disclaimer for Finnish Candy & Foods:
At Touch of Finland, we pride ourselves on supplying the freshest Finnish candy and food items we possibly can. We guarantee that our current stock of Finnish candy and food items, for online orders placed on www.touchoffinland.com starting October 29th, 2023 through December 25th, 2023, will remain fresh up to and including January 31st, 2024 (most items are fresh well beyond this date). For the purposes of this guarantee, 'fresh' pertains specifically to the 'best before' date as marked on each product label. Unless stated otherwise on an item's product page, all Finnish Candy & Foods items are covered by this guarantee.
If you find any of our products not fresh as per the aforementioned criteria, please contact our customer service with the relevant product details and purchase proof. We will assess the situation and, at our discretion, offer a suitable resolution, which may include a replacement or refund.
Our freshness guarantee does not cover subjective interpretations of taste or texture. It solely pertains to the 'best before date' provided by the manufacturer.
Touch of Finland holds the right to adjust or rescind this guarantee at its discretion and without prior announcement. This guarantee doesn’t impede your statutory rights or any additional rights granted under local legislation.
