Muurla's Chop & Serve board collection brings Scandinavian practicality and beauty in to your kitchen. Chop & Serve boards combine two functions in one item – use one side for chopping and the other for serving.
All Muurla Chop & Serve boards are handmade in Finland out of Finnish Birch. Chop & Serve boards are also dishwasher safe.
Muurla’s plywood factory is located in the small town of Pieksämäki. Birch wood from the nearby nordic forests is turned into fine veneer. Thin layers of veneer are then glued and pressed into a strong plywood tray. The finished surface of this birch cutting and serving board has a food safe lamination, which makes trays durable and easy to wipe clean.
