Scandinavian Almond Cake Pan
Scandinavian Almond cake is delicious any time of year! The specially designed almond cake pan is made from heavy gauge aluminium steel that has been hot-dip coated on both sides with aluminum-silicon alloy, molded into a classic Scandinavian look with a curved shape. Slicing your creation is "a Piece of Cake". The corrugated ridges enable the pan to heat rapidly and evenly. Try topping off the Scandinavian cake with almonds and confectionery sugar or icing. 1 1/4 Cups Sugar
1 Egg - 1 Teaspoon Vanilla Extract
1 1/2 Teaspoons Pure Almond Extract
2/3 Cups Milk
1 1/4 Cups Flour
1/2 Teaspoons Baking Powder
1 Stick Melted Butter
Spray almond cake pan with Pam or cooking spray. Beat sugar, egg, almond extract, vanilla extract and milk in bowl. Add flour and baking powder, mix well. Add melted margarine or butter, mix well. Bake at 350 for 40-50 minutes. Edges must be golden brown. Cool in pan before removing. Cake will break if removed too soon. Sprinkle with confectionery sugar.
