Marttiini Oy has been crafting Finnish knives in Rovaniemi, Finland since 1928. With the user in mind, Marttiini creates beautiful, high quality knives to be used in the harshest conditions imaginable. Marttiini knives are still manufactured at the Arctic Circle. Today they combine generations of craftsmanship and modern technology to create knives that are reviewed as not only sharp, but also perfectly represent the beauty and toughness of the North. They're called "puukko" – the Nordic knife.
We carry an assortment of Marttiini knives including Folding Knives, Fillet Knives, Hunting Knives, Kitchen Knives and more. Find knives from Marttiini's famed Lynx, Condor and Arctic collections. Made in Finland.
My father in law is a professional wood carver. He had never had a Finnish knife before. He thought this was absolutely amazing. Thanks for the quick shipping ToF!
I purchased this to give as a graduation present. The knife is if the highest quality as one would expect from Marttiini. Touch of Finland has a great selection of these and they are an excellent vendor. Suuri kiitos!!
This is a working mans knife. It looks great, but it is made for tough everyday jobs. It is a big stout knife that would stand up to tough daily use by a rancher, hunter, forester, etc. It holds it edge, sharpens easily and still looks good at the end of the day. I really like this knife, but get the leather or nylon case because it is not a pocket knife.
I enjoy these knives very much. I never hesitate to give them as gifts.
this is the best knife for filleting. stays sharp and cuts clean
Discovered this knife at a beach rental house. We loved it and ordered one for home. Great delivery and we love using it at home. I hope to use it soon on some successful fishing trips!
I was very happy to find a "near replacement" for the knife I purchased from a home based craftsman in Finland many years ago. My question to you is: where is your knife made?
This smaller knife is perfect for small jobs or for smaller hands. I use it for everything from chopping shallots to cutting meat or poultry. Exceptionally sharp too.
