Hard. Had to pay at delivery

I have purchased this product from Amazon and they’re always very soft and chewy. However the ones I received from you were very hard%21 As well%2C the postage wasn’t charged properly%2C and my husband had to pay the postman a dollar in order for them to be delivered.

May I ask for the best before date on the packages you received? We currently guarantee best before dates through 1/31/24, and we want to ensure that your product meets that expectation.

Additionally, we were surprised to hear about the postage issue. It's unusual for our customers to be charged extra postage upon delivery.
