Almond cake is one of the few desserts you can't improvise — the shape comes from the pan or it doesn't come at all. This Scandinavian almond cake pan gives you the ridged, gently curved loaf that turns up at every church coffee hour and family gathering, and the recipe comes printed on a card included in the package.
