The Pentik Pahta Mug features a layered glaze inspired by the rugged landscapes of northern Finland. Its flowing colors reflect the silhouettes of fells and the meeting of earth and sky. The name Pahta refers to a bare, treeless fell or a steep rocky slope, reflecting the natural inspiration behind the collection.
Designed by Minna Niskakangas and made in Finland at Pentik's ceramic factory in Posio, each mug features a distinctive glaze that develops individual patterns and tones during firing. No two mugs are exactly alike, so the finish will naturally vary from the product photos. The ceramic mug holds 10 oz.
