Is it OK to have a favorite mustard?

When I was in Joensuu, the hotel had nakki (little knockwurt sausages) and mustard on the breakfast buffet. It was this Turun (Turku's) mustard, and I really liked it. From this site, I've ordered the mild and the hot. Both are tangy and subtly sweet, but the hot is a bit stronger and more to my taste. The hot mustard won't scorch your palate. A non-traditional way to enjoy this: mix some of this sinappi with sour cream to make a quick dip for veggies.
