Teemu Järvi is a Finnish artist who spends much of his life in the forests and on the lakes of Finland — and it shows in every illustration he creates. He draws with reed pens harvested from Finnish lakeshores, working in ink in a way that captures wildlife in a single unguarded moment. The Kettu kitchen towel is one of those moments: a fox pausing, aware, rendered in stark black and white and woven directly into the fabric at Lapuan Kankurit's mill in Lapua. Kettu is simply Finnish for fox — and on this towel, it feels less like a pattern and more like an encounter.
Made from long-staple linen and bio-organic cotton, the Kettu linen towel is absorbent, quick-drying, and grows softer with every wash. Practical enough for daily kitchen use, striking enough to hang as a piece of Finnish art. A natural Finnish kitchen gift for anyone drawn to wildlife, nature, or Nordic design.
